If an employee is responsible for payroll, give them the payroll administrator role so they can set up payroll, process pay runs, and manage employees. Set up your employee's email address and invite them to view their payroll information in Xero Me formerly My Payroll. You can remove an employee's access to Xero Me so they can't see their payroll information through the employee portal.
